Our 27,000 square foot facility is climate controlled. Full line machine shop including: CNC lathes, mills, machining centers, automatic lathes, screw machines, broach, surface grinding, manual lathes, mills, turret lathes, vibratory finishing, and a broad range of support equipment. Our CNC department utilizes the latest technology to store and recall part programs for quick and easy repeat jobs. We have over 80 machines and a complete, comprehensive quality control department. From small quantity to large production runs our state-of-the-art equipment and technologies allows us to produce quality parts to meet whatever need you may have. CNC lathes - 14" maximum turning diameter, 40" swing, and 2-5/8" through spindle capacity on bar fed machines. CNC Mills - 40" (X) x 20" (Y) x 20" (Z). Screw machines and automatic lathes have a 2" maximum diameter bar capacity.
